We provide expert advice on the use of our EFFICIENTx AquaJet so that our customers get the most out of our stripping machines. We analyze the water, consult you on water treatment and analyze your cleaning process as well.

To service our customers best, we always have all relevant spare parts and consumables such as nozzles and brushes in stock and ready for dispatch to keep your EFFICIENTx AquaJet up and running. Also our local service teams usually have spare parts available to help even faster. 

Generally, we recommend to conduct a training before the delivery of your EFFICIENTx AquaJet. The training usually takes one or two days.

The start-up of your EFFICIENTx AquaJet is done either by us or by one of our regional representatives and includes the installation of the pump, piping between pump and stripping unit and the testing of the entire system. The commissioning usually takes 2 or 3 days.

In case of technical problems our technicians will help you by a remotely diagnose over the phone or through remote control software (internet connection required!).
